The Guelph Storm may have owned the Kitchener Rangers in 2013-14, but it’s a different story so far this season.
The Rangers are now 2 and 0 against their Highway 7 rivals following a 4-1 victory at The Aud on Tuesday night.
Mike Davies scored what proved to be the game winner. It was his second goal of the season.

Kitchener’s other goals came from Nick Magyar, Ryan MacInnis and Brent Pedersen. Dmitrii Sergeev also added a pair of assists.
The Rangers held a 36 to 23 shot advantage.
Kitchener is home to Owen Sound on Friday. 570 News has the pre-game at 7pm. The Rangers then travel to Plymouth on Saturday and host Ottawa on Sunday.
