Further, they can enjoy remote access to properties for showings on any device at their convenience with the cloud-based service, and even coordinate renovations and decorations to reduce time and costs. The iGuide Listings Map allows agents to instantly show the location and information of all their properties, and can be customized and embedded on their websites.

Apartmint, an online, map-based search app that helps users search, apply and pay for rental properties. Users have a personalized profile they use to apply for the apartment and pay monthly rent online.  Apartmint is a new platform dedicated to help you search, apply and pay for rentals. Our map-based search allows you to actually see homes in the area you’re looking in, to call your own. We’re also making it easier to schedule appointments by offering unique calendar and messaging features.
