Pure Juice Bar and Kitchen is now open for business in downtown Kitchener.
The 305 King Street West location opened yesterday with a menu that boasts fresh, organic and local ingredients.
Owner Ewelina Krawczyk loves the location, which is in the heart of the tech hub.
“Our menu and what we’re offering I think, will appeal to everyone. But I think especially to young professionals who are on the go and busy. People who want to have healthy choices and something a little unique and there’s really nothing else like that around.”
Krawczyk says everything – including the dressing and sauces – are made fresh every morning.
