No preliminary hearing for three accused in death of Tim Bosma

There will be no preliminary hearing for the three people accused in the death of Tim Bosma.

Dellen Millard, Mark Smich and Christina Noudga will head straight to trial, which is a rare occurance in Ontario.

CTV News reports the defence, however, feels a preliminary hearing is needed to discover the crown’s case.

Millard and Smich are each charged with first degree murder.

Noudga is charged with accessory after the fact.

Bosma disappeared last May after taking two men for a test drive in his truck he was trying to sell online.

Millard is also charged with the deaths of his father and Laura Babcock, from Toronto.
