A pair of Rangers taken in NHL Entry Draft

A pair of Kitchener Rangers forwards are one step closer to their NHL dream.

Ryan MacInnis and Nick Magyar were both selected in this weekend’s NHL Entry Draft in Philadelphia.

MacInnis was a second round pick (43rd overall) of the Arizona Coyotes. Magyar was drafted in the fourth round (93rd overall) by the Colorado Avalanche.

 

Waterloo’s Kyle Wood, who plays for the North Bay Battalion, was drafted in the third round by Colorado.
