Rangers forward has a shot at U.S. National Junior team

Kitchener Rangers centre Ryan MacInnis is one of 42 players who has been invited to tryout for the U.S. National Junior squad.

The evaluation camp opens on August 2nd in Lake Placid, New York.

The 2015 World Junior Championship will take place in Toronto and Montreal.

MacInnis is the Rangers’ top-ranked player for this year’s NHL draft. He’s ranked 20th amongst North American skaters.

The 2014 NHL Entry Draft takes place June 27-28th in Philadelphia.
