1:00pm- Mark Cullen, Gardening expert and Author, Re: The Canada Blooms Flower and Garden Festival kicks off at the Direct Energy Centre today until March 23rd. Cullen will be there today and over the weekend, talking about, what else, lawn and garden care. Canada Blooms was founded in 1996 by the Garden Club of Toronto and Landscape Ontario. Today, it is the largest flower and garden festival in the country, celebrating the very best in Canadian gardening and floral design!

1:15pm- Trent Lewin, Writer and Waterloo Resident, Re: Lewin is an unpublished writer who finds time to blog and write short stories. He’s currently finishing up his first novel. His short story “Saad Steps Out” has been chosen as a finalist for Canada Writes, the 2014 CBC Short Story Prize. On Monday, March 24, the Grand Prize winner and four runners-up will be announced and the winners will be celebrated at the Blue Metropolis Montreal International Literary Festival in April.

1:30pm- Troy Smith, Kitchener Rangers Head Coach, Re: The Coach’s Show brought to you by Metro Karges Appliances.

1:45pm- Louis B. Hobson, Movie Critic, Re: What’s new at movie theatres this weekend.
