What to do in Waterloo Region this year

Bored? Looking for something to do this weekend? Well according to the Waterloo Regional Tourism Marketing Corporation there are activities for everyone to enjoy this year.
General Manager, Minto Schneider was a guest on 570’s Gary Doyle Show and says even those living in Region have plenty to see.
“The problem with every place in Canada and around the world is that locals do take things for granted. We have a tremendous amount to offer and I think that there is a lot of people that think we don’t have that much or think there is Oktoberfest and that’s about it.”
Schneider adds the St Jacobs Farmers Market and West Montrose Covered Bridge are major local attractions.
