12:00pm- Charlie Gillis, Maclean’s Magazine National Correspondent, Re: His five-month turn aboard the International Space Station made Chris Hadfield a global celebrity, after which he retired from the Canadian space program. Now, on the eve of the launch of his new book, An Astronaut’s Guide to Life on Earth, the 54-year-old recounts his wondrous journey from a farm in Ontario to command of humanity’s space outpost, while sharing the keys to his success.

12:30pm- Christine McWebb, Director of Academic Programs at the University of Waterloo Stratford campus, Re: Sweeping recommendations from the “Equinox Summit: Learning 2030” last week, could shake up high school education. Among other things it recommends, losing the grades, the exams, and not to worry if all the kids in a class are the same age.
