Suspicious activity in Waterloo

Waterloo Regional Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for a man involved in suspicious activity in Waterloo’s university district.

He is described as approximately 6 feet tall, 30 to 40 years old, with possibly tanned skin, a bald or shaved head and a muscular build.

Police say he was seen has been spotted trying to look into windows of homes in the Noeker Street area several times.

The incidents have happened between September 2012 and January 2013.

Police are reminding residents to make sure all windows and doors are locked and encourage them to make use of exterior lights.
