The Kitchener Rangers won their last game in Brampton after edging the Battalion 2-1 at the Powerade Centre on Sunday afternoon.
The Brampton franchise will move to North Bay next season.
It was Kitchener’s second straight win, with Josh Leivo potting the winning goal, his 26th of the season. He was named the game’s first star.

Kitchener also edged Sudbury 3-2 at the Aud on Saturday afternoon.
The Rangers spend a rare Friday night on the road when they pay a visit to Owen Sound. 570 News has the pre-game show at 7pm.
