Rieder and Leivo extend point streaks in win over Storm

The Kitchener Rangers opened a home and home with the Storm with a 5-2 victory in Guelph on Wednesday night.
Tobias Rieder had what proved to be the game winning goal, extending his point streak to ten games. Josh Leivo also extended his point streak to ten with an assist in the game.
Other Ranger goals came from Curtis Meighan, Ben Thomson, Brent Pedersen and Domenic Alberga (his first goal in 20 games). Matia Marcantuoni and Frank Corrado
also chipped in with two assists a piece.
Joel Vienneau picked up the win in net, kicking aside 38 shots and was named the game’s first star.
