BCE Inc. (TSX:BCE). Communications and media. Down nine cents, or 0.20 per cent, at $44.43 on 1,905,692 shares. The telecom and media company is boosting its dividend for a second time in a year after posting fourth-quarter earnings of $708 million, up 45.7 per cent from the same 2011 period. Revenue was flat at $5.2 billion.
