Grand River Hospital has lifted a visiting restriction affecting the integrated stroke unit.
The restriction went into effect due to an outbreak of Norovirus on December 14th.
Two patients and 11 staff members felt symptoms of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, and have since recovered.
In a release, the hospital asks anyone visiting the hospital to wash their hands regularly to help reduce the chance of passing on an infection.
