Police have set up check-points in Wilmot township as they believe 18 year-old Michael Fortune is in that area and have also called in a helicopter using infrared technology to aid their search.

“As much as it (the search) is about apprehending this individual, it’s also about his well-being, givent he way he is dressed and the weather we have had in the last 24 hours, there is a concern for his well-being,” Thaler says.
Fortune is described as having a heavy build, 6’3″, 230 pounds, black hair and brown eyes and is believed to be wearing all black and may not be wearing shoes.
