Regional Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 23 year old man after a series of thefts and break and enters in Waterloo.
Police have charged Marouane Zatouf of no fixed address with 17 counts of theft under $5,000 and two counts of break, enter and commit.
He’s described as Middle Eastern, 5’8″, 155 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
Regional police believe Zatouf has been active within the City of Waterloo.
Investigators also believe he’s been targeting student residences in the university district.
Anyone with information regarding Zatouf’s whereabouts is being asked to contact Regional police or Crime Stoppers.
