The Kitchener Rangers went 2 and 1 on the weekend.
They finished the weekend with a 2-1 victory over the Plymouth Whalers on Sunday night at The Aud.
John Gibson made 31 saves for his fifth straight win. Justin Bailey recorded the game winner and Matt Puempel scored his team-leading 10th of the season.
Kitchener has now won four in a row at home.
The Rangers fell to the Whalers 2-1 in overtime on Saturday night and defeated Owen Sound 3-2 in a shootout on Friday.
Kitchener plays the IceDogs in St. Catherines on Thursday. 570 News has the play by play at 7pm.
