A “fairly large chunk,” of the City of Waterloo’s west-side had been knocked out since early evening, and Waterloo North Hydro expected the power to be back on by midnight, Monday night / Tuesday morning. The last area left to be restored is the Keats Way neighbourhood.

Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro also reported isolated power outages, due to high-winds, and fallen trees. In particular, hydro on King Street is out from Breithaupt Street to Union Street.
