It’s mid-October and that means the flu season is just getting started.  

If you want to get a head start on protecting yourself, Waterloo Region Public Health is staging its first early flu clinics starting today in Waterloo and Cambridge.

The early clinics are by appointment only. You have to call 519-883-2324.

The regular clinics start November 5th.  

For those clinics, you just show up.
