SYDNEY – England prop James Graham will face the National Rugby League judiciary on a dangerous conduct charge after being accused of biting in the grand final between his Canterbury Bulldogs and the Melbourne Storm.
Graham is accused of biting the ear of Melbourne and Australia fullback Billy Slater during a brawl in the 25th minute of the match, won 14-4 by Melbourne.
Slater made an on-field complaint to referee Tony Archer but no action was taken against Graham during the match.
The last two players suspended for biting were each banned for 12 weeks.
