WRPS issue warrant

Waterloo Regional Police have charged two men, in relation to an attempted murder case, stemming back to June 30th, on Wellington Street, near King Street in Kitchener.
One suspect has been apprehended, and a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the other.
The warrant is for 26 year old Marc Robert Lucas. Police have released this video footage of Lucas.
“Lucas has been known to travel on bicycles or on a skateboard, and has access to guns. He should be considered armed and dangerous, and if the public does come into contact him, they should not approach him, and should contact police.” Spokesperson Alana Holtom told 570 News.
Lucas is charged with 4 counts of attempted murder.
The other suspect, 28 year old David Russell Tanner is in custody, on an unrelated matter and faces the same charges.
