The City of Waterloo and its staff association have ironed out a new four year agreement.

The contract covers over 220 full and part-time administrative and front-line workers.

They include engineers, planners, customer service and support staff.  

The deal includes a 1.5-per cent cost-of-living increase in each year of the contract.
