Today is that last day to vote in the advance polls for the September 6th byelection in Kitchener-Waterloo.

You can still do so up until Wednesday, but it has to be done by a special ballot.

Deputy Chief Electoral Officer for Ontario, Lauren Wells tells 570 News that voting
can be made simpler if you are prepared.

Bring your voter card and identification with you.

A special ballot allows those who are unable to get to a polling station before election night to vote either by mail or in person at their local returning office.

Kitchener-Waterloo returning offices are located at the corner of Regina Street and University Ave., at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex, or at Calvary Memorial United Church in Kitchener between 10 am until 8 pm.
