A few more details being released by Waterloo Regional Police after an early morning single-car crash in Cambridge.

Officers say it happened just after 5:30 Wednesday morning on Saginaw Parkway, at Green Vista Drive.

Police arrested 5 men at the scene.

Regional Police spokesperson Olaf Heinzel tells 570 News the suspects were arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into some residential break and enter thefts.

He says detectives are continuing to investigate and should have some additional information later Wednesday afternoon.
