Waterloo Region’s public health department wanting residents to take care today and take precautions if necessary – during this smog advisory.

All residents – especially children, the elderly, and those with breathing problems are urged to stay indoors, air conditioned – and not do any strenuous activities.

And you’re being asked to frequently visit neighbours, friends, and older family members, especially those who are chronically ill or live alone.
