OPP say a passer-by pulled a man from a burning car following a crash on the 401 earlier today.

The crash happened around 11:30 in the Westbound lanes, west of Cedar Creek.

OPP Constable Stacey Culbert tells 570 News, before the crash, they received a number of reports of a car swerving on the highway.

Culbert says the driver was suffering from medical issues at the time and police don’t expect to lay any charges.
