Waterloo man not facing first degree murder charge: Police

New arrests have been made in the case of 44-year-old Tony Han, in the wake of human remains being found.
Despite media reports to the contrary, Peel Police tell 570 News a first degree murder charge has not been laid against a 23-year-old Waterloo man.
Human remains were discovered Tuesday at a Markham home and are thought to be the body of Tony Han. He has been missing for 7 months.
4 people have already been arrested in connection with the case.
