Plans for Mayfair

The old Mayfair Hotel in Kitchener will be turned into a stylish boutique hotel.
Partners in the project include Andrin Homes and Jodi Palubiski of the Charcoal Group of Restaurants.
Shovels are expected to go in the ground in the spring of 2012.
Kitchener City Council is expected to get an update about the project at their meeting tonight.
