It was the first bank in the country to open on Saturday’s, and TD-Canada Trust is set to make history again, as it makes the move to Sunday banking.  

TD spokesperson, Chris Stamper, tells 570 News, two-thirds of people the bank surveyed, indicated they were not able to able to do their banking on weekdays.  
Sunday hours will take effect this Sunday at more than 300 branches across the country, including six in Kitchener-Waterloo and one in Cambridge.  

Kitchener locations opening Sunday include those in Fairview Park, Stanley Park and Highland Hills Mall, as well as in Williamsburg Town Centre.  

Waterloo branches set to open on Sunday are at Conestoga Mall and in Laurelwood.  

A Cambridge branch on Hespeler Road will also open Sunday.  

Sunday hours are 12 to 4-pm.
