Masters life-long dream for Kitchener man

A Kitchener man will be celebrating his birthday at the 2010 Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta.

Frank Dingethal says he’s been an avid golfer for the past 30 years.
He says this is his favourite golf tournament and going has been a life long dream.

Dingethal tells 570 News he and a friend will be in Augusta to watch the practice round today.

He says he’s looking forward to walking the tournament grounds and taking in the atmosphere. And while he’s most looking forward to catching a glimpse of Mike Weir and Ernie Els, he says it will be interesting to see the reaction Tiger Woods receives since this will be his first tournament since the sex scandal.
